After planning over 150 trips, I’ve noticed the same questions tend to pop up. Here are a few quick answers to help you feel more confident as we start planning.
t starts with a conversation. Once I understand what you’re looking for—your destination, travel style, and any must-haves—I’ll create a personalized itinerary and handle all the bookings. You get a seamless, stress-free trip without the hours of research or second-guessing.
Ideally, I recommend reaching out 6 to 9 months before your trip, especially for popular destinations or cruises. That said, I’ve planned incredible getaways on a shorter timeline too, so don’t hesitate if your dates are coming up soon.
I charge a flat $100 planning fee deposit before we get started. That fee goes toward the time and care I put into making your trip seamless, and in many cases, I can save you time, money, and stress along the way.
You’ll have direct access to me while you travel. If your flight gets delayed, your hotel needs to be adjusted, or plans change on the fly, I’m here to help. No hold times, no bouncing between departments—just quick, real support when you need it.
